Joshua Wiffen recently completed the Western States 100 mile
(160 kilometre) endurance run, which takes place on California's Sierra Nevada Moutians. The terrain is quite rugged,frequently showcasing snow on the highest passes and super hot temperatures throughout the course.Runners ascend a cumulative total of 5500m and descend a total of 7000m. At one stage joshua started to lose the skin on the soles of his feet.
